<br />The souveeoS supply of water for said ditches
<br />is Trinchera Creek, The pont'or p1abe at or near
<br />which the water i~ taken out'~or said ditches is
<br />conunon to the 'twO,and is located as fol'lows: A
<br />point at or near the center of, the Southwest quarter
<br />of Section 35,TownShip 30 South/Range ?2 West. the
<br />lines, as near as lnay be, of sald ditches run from
<br />the above described point in a southwesterly direction'
<br />through Section 35, of To.mship 30,South Range ?2 West.
<br />and Sections 2, 3, 10, 15,16, 21 and 20 of TO\<llship 30 South
<br />of Range ?2 West. In the Southeast quarter of the .
<br />Southwest ,quarter of Section 20 To~~ship 31 South of
<br />Range 72 West,the line of said ditoh joins the line
<br />of the Trinchera'Highline Canal~and from that point
<br />said line and the line of said ~rinchera Highline
<br />canal are common~

<br />TRINCHERA GARLAND CANAL.
<br />
<br />The source os supply of .mter of said canal is
<br />Trinchera Creek. The point or, place at or near wgmch
<br />the ~qter of said canal is taken out 'of said creek, is
<br />as follows: At a point whence the southwest corner
<br />of Section 35, To.ms~ip 30, South; Range 72 West bears
<br />South 9 degrees 6 Min. West 1163.5 ft. The line
<br />as near as may be of said canal runs from the above
<br />designated point ,in a northwesterly direction through
<br />portions of Sections 35, 34, 27 and 22 of Tho\<llship 50
<br />South Range 72 West. A" a point near the center of
<br />said Section 22 Township 30~South Range ?2 West, ~~ter
<br />conveyed by said Trinchera liar land Canal flows ~nto
<br />Sangre de Cristo Creek, and from that creek is diverted
<br />by means of the Garland Canal, the line os which is
<br />hereinbefore described.

<br />The source of supply of said ditch is Ojito Creek.
<br />The place or point at or near which mater is taken out
<br />01' said creek is as follows: A point, in the County of
<br />Costilla, SlIlillte of Co10rado,on the right bank of Ojito
<br />Creek,at a point whence the Northeast corner of Section
<br />7, Ro~~sip 31, South, Range 72 West, bears north 21 Deg
<br />57 min, east 5?75.36 feet. The line, as near as n~y be, of said
<br />ditch'runs fro~\the above descrmbed point, through the
<br />stream bed os said Ojito Creek to its "junction with
<br />the Trinqhera Highline Canal at'a'point in the Northwest
<br />quartr of Section 14, TO\<llship 31, South Tange ?2,!est,
<br />from Which ))oiut the" water os said ditch is conveyed
<br />through said Trinchera Highline Canal.
