<br />ditohes runs from the above, designated point in a
<br />southwesterly direction through portions of Seotions
<br />27-28 and 33 of Township 30' South of Rnge 72 West,
<br />and Sections 4;5,8 and 7 of Township 31 South of
<br />Range 72 West;

<br />is Sange de Cristo Creek. The point or place at
<br />or near which said water is taken out is as follows:
<br />A point 680 ft.N.E. from S.E. Corner of the S.W.*
<br />Sec.28'Tv~ 30' S.R.72 W. The line ,as near as
<br />may be,of said ditch runs from the above described
<br />point,in a westerly direction,through portions of
<br />Sections 28,33,l!I2 and 29 of Tm'mship 30 South of
<br />Range 72 West.

<br />degrees,35 Min. east 946 feet. The line,as near as
<br />may be, of said oanal runs from the above designated point
<br />southerly through portions of Sections 35 To"mship 30 South
<br />of Range 72 west, Sections 2, 11, 14,23,26,27 and 34, to a
<br />point in the Southeast quarter of Section 33 in said
<br />Tovmhsip and Range, from whj,ch point said line runS in
<br />a Northwesterly direction through portions of Sections 33,
