IECO subcontracted <br />with Western Engineers, Inc. of Grand Junction, Colorado for an analysis of <br />the water r'ights and preliminary design of the alternative delivery <br />systems. ThE' financial evaluation of the funding options was conducted by <br />the finance ciepartm~nt of Morrison-Knudsen Company, Inc. <br /> <br />The CWCB established a Yellow Jacket Advisory Committee to review and <br />comment on the products of the study and to provide comments on the conduct <br />and content of the study. The committee members were chosen based on their <br />knowledge of the resources in the White River Basin, their technical <br />expertise, or their interest in a potential water project for the area. The <br />members of the Advisory Committee are shown in Section B of the Appendix. <br />
