At the request of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, Tasks 3 through 11 of the scope of services have been <br />formatted in accordance with the CWCB outline for feasibility study reports as <br />shown in the CWCB Guidelines. <br /> <br />The feasibility report shall be prefaced by the following information, most of <br />which will be generated by work performed under Task 2. <br /> <br />- Title Page <br />- Letter of Transmi ttal <br />- Resolution of Applying Organization <br />- Table of Contents <br />- Lists of Maps and Exhibits <br />- List of References <br />- Project Summary <br />- Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> <br />Task 1 - Project Procedures Manual <br />Prior to starting any work on this Contract, the Project Manager shall prepare <br />a Proj ect Procedures r1anua 1 in accordance wi th MKE pol icy. The procedures <br />manual shall describe the \~ork program, project organization, communications, <br />administration and accounting.
