I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

ESTIMATED TOTAL COST:
COST SHARE, SOURCE, AMOUNT

Total project cost is $52,000. We are currently
pursuing a loan with your agency, the Colorado Water
Conservation Board, to fund this project. There are no other
cost-share partners available to assist with the project's
costs at this time.

COSTS AND FEASIBILITY:

Cost of the project will be divided among the five
landowners involved based on individual needs (water, pipe,
structure, etc.) The main structure will be a delivery
device to take water from the North Lateral of the Multi
Trina Ditch. This inlet will be a.single concrete structure
consisting of four headgates, four measuring devicesr a
water cleaning device, and inlets to four pipelines. One
line will serve two different water users; the other three
lines will provide water to single water users.

The inlet structure and the first 1200 feet of pipeline
will cross one landowners property. All four pipelines will
be laid in the same trench and will be stopped at each
individual landowners property. There will be approximately
10,500 feet of buried pipeline on this project laid in
approximately 4,000 feet of shared trenching.

This project is very feasible due to the savings not
only in the shared materials such as the joint structure,
joint trenching, etc. but also in the water savings, the
amount of reduced erosion, and a more efficient and
effective irrigation system. This will result in increased
crop production, aesthetics of the area, and improved land
management methods.

STAFFING AND IN KIND SERVICES: Technical assistance is
being provided by the Natural Resource Conservation service
(NRCS) .

REQUESTED AMOUNT:

$52,000
