The headgate of which is located on the Culebra Creek at a point which bears 8,52" 31 'W, a
distance of 1852,0 feet form a point in the northeast corner of Section 4, Twp. 2N, Range 71
West, according to the Costilla Estates Survey so called, thence on a course southwesterly
across the N1/2, of Sec, 4, the Southeast corner of the SEIA.NE\4. NI/2 of the SEIA and the
WI/2 of Sec, 5, thence Southerly across section 8 near the North and South center line of said
Section, Southerly across Section 17, southerly and southwesterly through See, 20
Southwesterly across the northwest \4 if Sec, 29, thence Southwesterly across the southeast

or by passing of water from the San Francisco Creek is located in the SW IA of the NW \4 of
Sec. 29, Twp. 2N. Range 71W., at a point which bears E 50 13' East 3285 feet from the

36, Twp. 3N. Range 73W. To a point in the SWv.. of Sec. 36. Twp, 2N. Range 73 W. Thence
in a southwesterly direction, entering Sec. 35, east quarter corner, thence continuing
Southwesterly across the EV2 of Sec, 2. West 1/2 Sec, 11, NW\4, El/2 Secs, 15,22, and 27,
the Nlh and SW\4 of Sec. 34 in Twp. 2N, Range 73 West, thence southwesterly across the
