Concept designs wilI be developed for <br />the options, based OP the preferred pipeline alignment. <br /> <br />The analysis will assess the engineering, economic and institutional feasibility of these alternatives. <br />The assessment would specifically cover the items listed in the RFP including: water treatment <br />requirements, treatment plant(s) capacity and locations, delivery and storage system modifications <br />and cost estimates and economic/financial analysis. <br /> <br />Task 9.0 - Feasibility Report <br />Our report wilI be prepared following guidelines published by the CWCB. <br /> <br />Task 10.0 - Meetings and Coordination <br />The RFP identifies eight meetings with the Study Steering Committee and three public meetings. As <br />appropriate, these meetings will include presentations by the engineering team and project economist, <br />supplemented with poster boards, graphics, and handouts to facilitate understanding of key issues, <br />water conveyance concepts, study conclusions, and recommendations. The public meetings wilI be <br />held in Lamar, La Junta, and Pueblo. The study meetings will be held in La Junta. One or two <br />members of our team will attend these meetings and work closely with the Steering Committee on <br />agendas, presentation materials, and logistics for all meetings. <br /> <br />II GEl Consultants, Inc. <br /> <br />5 <br />
