The intent will be to provide plans <br /> <br /> <br />in sufficient detail to allow the District to apply for construction <br /> <br /> <br />funding in the Fall of 1984 if, as a result of the study, a <br /> <br /> <br />satisfactory construction, operation, and repayment plan has been <br /> <br />identified. <br /> <br />Emphasis of the study will be in three major areas: <br /> <br />1. Water availability and manner of utilization of existing water <br /> <br /> <br />rights. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Field investigations to provide a firm basis for design. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Financial analysis and plan of repayment. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Study Tasks <br /> <br />The study tasks have been identified to conform to the format of <br />the CWCB outline and are described below: <br /> <br />TASK DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />Chapter I - General Information <br /> <br />I.
