The following people attended the meet~ng: <br />Mark Gavell-M.A. Concrete Construction Inc. <br />Brent Young-Hawkeye Ditch <br />Avery KOhls-Hawkeye Ditch <br />Jim Blasdel-Hawkeye Ditch <br />Mike Serlet-Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Louis Hartbauer-NRCS <br />Mark Roskos-NRCS <br />Ken Thorson-GJ Pipe <br />Jim Carter-GJ Pipe <br /> <br />Mark Gavell said that the work crews will work from 7:30 to 4:00 M-F, <br />or 8:00 to 4:30 M-F, dependin9 on the length of day. Lunch will be for <br />one half hour. The foremen w~ll be Dennis Jones and Herb Seeley. <br /> <br />We discussed the specifications in detail. Important points: <br />-The existing vegetation may be burned. If it is not burned the majority <br />of it must be hauled from the site. <br />-After the existing concrete ditch is hauled away, the NRCS will stake <br />the centerline of the pipe and determine the angles needed. The <br />centerline must be followed by the contractor. <br />-The exact quantit~ of the abandoned ditch backfill will be determined by <br />taking cross sect~ons before and after the completion of this operation. <br />
