ORGANIZAtION AND QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Several of the personnel proposed for the San Miguel Project Study will <br /> <br /> <br />also be assigned to the Cone Reservoir Feasibility Study, which should provide <br /> <br /> <br />increased efficiency for both. Project Manager for the Cone study will be Mr. <br /> <br /> <br />Bruce Harvin, P.E., who has had primary responsibility for design of several <br /> <br /> <br />earth dams which have been constructed in Western Colorado. He will be <br /> <br /> <br />assisted by Edward J. Currier, President of Western Engineers, Inc. An <br /> <br /> <br />organization chart is sho~ on the following page. Resumes of key personnel <br /> <br /> <br />.that will be assigned to the study are also included. <br /> <br />In addition to the personnel committed to the study, Western will utilize <br /> <br /> <br />its Mobile 8-50 drill rig to obtain core samples in the existing dam and <br /> <br /> <br />underlying foundation. It ..'ill utilize its fully equipped laboratory to <br /> <br /> <br />perform necessary materials analyses. <br /> <br />No personnel or equipment not regularly employed or owned by Western will <br />be utilized in carrying out this investigation. <br /> <br />III. ESTIMATED COST OF STUDY <br /> <br />Western Engineers, Inc. proposes to perform the Cone Reservoir Enlargement <br /> <br /> <br />Feasibility Study as outlined in Section I of this proposal for a total cost of <br /> <br /> <br />$29,500.
