Ray <br /> <br />The f.ollawing persans were absent: <br /> <br />Rabert Winokur, Assistant Mayar <br />Gerry Horak <br /> <br />The Mayar infarmed the Cauncil that Ordinance No. 91, <br />1988; which was introduced, appraved .on first reading, and <br />.ordered published .once in full at the regular meeting .of the <br />C.ouncil held an July 5, 1988, was duly published in The <br />Caloradoan, a newspaper .of general circulatian published in the <br />City, in its issue .of July 10, 1988, and read the Ordinance by <br />its title. <br /> <br />Cauncil Member Kirkpatrick then maved the final passage <br />of Ordinance Na. 91, 1988.
