Krajicek <br />appearing on the Contract are those of the duly elected or <br />appointed Mayor and City Clerk of the City, respectively. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the city have been <br />duly authorized by the Ordinance to execute the Contract, and the <br />Contract has been validly authorized by the Council of the City <br />pursuant to the Ordinance. A certified record of the proceedings <br />relating to the Ordinance is submitted herewith. <br /> <br />3. The City has the authority to enter into the <br />Contract without an election pursuant to Colo. Const. art. XI, 6 <br />and Charter Art. V, Sections 20.2 and 20.4. <br /> <br />4. There are no provisions of the Charter or Code of <br />the City or any other state or local law which prevent the <br />Contract from binding the City. <br /> <br />5.
