This letter sets forth, on a task by task basis, the specific work tasks proposed to be <br />completed by SWE, the hours and costs to perform each task, and the schedule proposed to complete <br />the work. <br /> <br />I. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Task I - Data Collection <br /> <br />The first task involves collection of various data needed for the engineering studies. This <br />includes reCords of diversion, climatological data, aerial photographs, maps, well permit <br />records, call records, streamflow data and pertinent water right decrees. We also propose to <br />interview the water commissioner and Division Engineer as part of this task. This data and <br />information will be used in subsequent tasks. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Diversion Analysis <br /> <br />The diversion records obtained in the Task 1 will be checked and sl1mm~rized for a study <br />period ofat least 20 years in length. We intend to utilize previously developed information <br />from the Colorado River Decision Support System (CRDSS) studies as a starting point, and <br />check the results with hard copies of water commissioner field books. Diversion records will <br />be used in the depletion analysis. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Irrigated Area <br /> <br />We will quantifY historical irrigated area for the ditch and the subject CWCB water rights <br />based on interviews, maps and aerial photographs, <br />
