LAND CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br />The lands to be served by the project have not been classified since <br />adequate information is believed to be available for the determination <br />of the project payment capacity. <br /> <br />B. SERVICE AREA MAP <br /> <br />The service area map is included with the project map and shown by <br />Exhibit I-A and included within Chapter I. This aerial photograph of <br />the Town of Keenesburg shows the project service area and the types of <br />uses existing in the service area. <br /> <br />C. LAND USE <br /> <br />The following information on land use was prepared for the Larimer-Weld <br />Regional Land Commission and the Weld County Planning Department in <br />1972.
