WATER <br />CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />RE: Proposal for engineering services - <br />Town of Eagle water system feasibility. <br />report <br /> <br />The following proposal breakdown is submitted in accordance with your request, <br />based on the criteria printed in the guidelines as published by the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board, dated 1975, It is intended that the report will <br />comply with these requirements as set forth in the CWCB document entitled, <br />"Guidelines for Systems in the Conservation. and Utilization of COlorado's <br />Water Resources through the ColoradO Water Conservation Board's Construc- <br />tiDn Fund", <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />1. Prefacing Material. The. feasibility report will contain the following <br />material in the preface: <br /> <br />a, Title page <br />b. ~etter of transmittal from the town of Eagle <br />c, ResDlution from the town of Eagle <br />d, Table of Contents <br />e. List of maps, exhibits and tables <br />f, Project Summary (This will be a brief resume' of the contents <br />of the feasibility report.) <br /> <br />2, General Information, . The feasibility report shall include a project <br />map which illustrates graphically the proposed project and the location <br />of the basic existing and proposed water system with respect to the <br />source of the water supply. This map .will also show the lands to be <br />served and will also show the relation of the town of Eagle with respect <br />to larger towns in the vicinity. Where applicable, to avoid confusion <br />and to more readily illustrate the points to be considered, the map will <br />be multi-colored. The report shall also contain information such as lo- <br />cation, climate, and all pertinent data. to relate the reader to the area <br />about which he is reading. <br />
