However, Mr. Gerkin informed me that if the <br />company decided to breach the dam, they would probably breach it without <br />our prior consent or approval. Mr. Gerkin was informed that should the final <br />breach configuration not comply with our requirements for breaching of this <br />dam, that additional breaching operations may be ordered. <br /> <br />The Henrylyn Irrigation District will continue to explore its alternatives <br />in regard to this reservoir.
