In <br />addition to key personnel, Greenhorne & O'Hara's Denver office has a full <br />complement of junior engineers, surveyorS, drafters, and support staff required <br />for this project. The capabilities of Greenhorne & O'j~ara, Inc. is presented in <br />Attachment 2. <br /> <br />5.2 Golder Associates <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Versaw will serve as the geotechnical project director. Mr. Versaw is an <br />Associate in the Denver office and has significant experience in the design of <br />earth and rockfill dams. He has over 17 years of experience in analytical <br />engineering and technical supervision of a wide variety of mining and <br />geotechnical projects. He has served as project manager or principal <br />investigator on more than 30 tailings disposal projects in the western United <br />States, and is a registered Professional Engineer in numerous states including <br />Colorado. Mr. Versaw has a master's degree in geotechnical engineering from <br />Purdue University and a bachelor's degree from the Colorado School of Mines. <br /> <br />'" <br />Mr. Dave O'Sadnick will be Golder's Project Manager for the Phase I Victor Dam <br />study. Mr. O'Sadnick would be responsible for the overall technical supervision <br />and direction of field investigations, laboratory studies, and civil design <br />portions of the project. Recent experience includes geotechnical and <br />hydrological studies for a large sedimentation dam for Consolidation Coal Company <br />in North Dakota, and numerous slope stability studies throughout the Rocky <br />Mountain region. Mr. O'Sadnick is a registered professional engineer in the <br />State of Colorado and has a master's degree in geotechnical engineering from the <br />University of Illinois. <br /> <br />Mr. Randy March will be the project geologist assigned to carry out the direct <br />supervision of field drilling activities and will perform the field mapping <br />program. Hr. March has considerable experience in supervision of field <br />operations and in-situ testing. He has a master's degree in geological <br />engineering from the University of Hissouri. <br />
