.

.

14

Construction Cost Estimate--A construction cost estimate for work
required to bring the dam and spillway into compliance with State
standards can reliably be made only after the completion of the
above seven tasks. This task will use unit cost breakdowns with
estimated quantities. A contingency allowance and estimated
engineering final costs will be added in to give a total figure
for future budgeting purposes.

3.5 Preparation of Phase I Engineering Report

Upon completion of the above described work, a Phase I report
will be prepared. The report will contain the results of the
field investigation program, laboratory testing, engineering
analyses, and construction cost estimate. The report will also
discuss the preliminary design considerations for the proposed
rehabilitation work and present a scope of work and cost estimate
for Phase II engineering and design studies. The report will be
presented along with the preliminary design drawings and will be
prepared by an engineer registered in the State ofcColorado.

3,6 Preparation of.CWCR Feasibility Report

Table 1 presents a summary of the CWCB requirements for the feasibility study

and which party (i.e. Greenhorne & O'Hara, Inc" Golder, or the Town of Victor)

will be responsible for providing the information. The end product of this task

will be acceptance of. the feasibility study by the CWCB,
