Utilities to serve any new industry <br /> <br />need to be examined and determined on an individual industry basis. There- <br /> <br />fore, industrial water requirements and the expansion of the municipal <br /> <br />water system into these areas to provide industrial service is not included <br /> <br />within the scope of this report. <br /> <br />The design area to be served by improvements should include all of <br /> <br />the existing corporate linits with provision for extending service lines <br /> <br />into the unincorporated areas when the need for service occurs. Within <br /> <br />the design period, it is possible the corporate limits might be expanded <br /> <br />to include most of the following area: all of Section 27, the east half <br /> <br />of Section 28, the east half of Section 33, and that part of Section 34 <br /> <br />~est of the Kiowa Creek escarpment, all in Township 3 South, Range 63 <br /> <br />west.
