WATER REQUlREME:NTS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Water produced for consumption from the Bennett water supply system <br /> <br />may be subdivided into three catagories: (1) permanent connections, both <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />metered and unmetered, for residential and commercial consumers, <br /> <br />(2) temporary connections for fire fighting and bulk water sales to tank <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />trucks and (3) losses due to pipeline leaks, pipeline breaks, hydrant and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />line flushing, and slow or broken meters. <br /> <br />The water system currently serves 295 dwelling and commercial units. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />While a majority of consumers on the system are provided metered service, <br /> <br />there are numerous multi-unit services, unmetered services, and services <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />with broken or defective meters.
