The <br />new pipeline will be buried, and all appurt.,nant structures will be reconstructed to current <br />NRCS standards. <br /> <br />Permitting <br /> <br />The company now holds all easements and rights-of-way. Mesa County UtilitylRoad <br />Crossing Permit will be the only permit required for this repair proj ect. <br /> <br />The NRCS does not require an Environmental Assessment (EA) or Environmental <br />Impact Statement (EIS) for the project. <br /> <br />10 <br />
