BLM may require additional information with regard to this <br />item later in the granting process. <br /> <br />Items 113 <br />thru #IB: The applicant is not required to submit data for Items #13 through <br />#18. However, if the applicant has conducted studies or has all or a portion <br />of such information available, he/she is encouraged to submit it with the <br />application. Such information may help expedite and reduce the cost of <br />processing the application. <br /> <br />Item #19: This item is self-explanatory and should be completed only if the <br />application is'being simultaneously filed with other Federal Departments and/ <br />or agencies. <br /> <br />The applicant's siqnature is reQuire~ to certify legal age, authorization to <br />conduct business in the State, and that the information submitted is correct <br />to the best of applicant's knowledge. The signature must be by the individual <br />named in Item #1, or in the case of partnerships or corporations, by the <br />person designated in Item '2. or one included in the list of persons author- <br />ized to act with. regard to the right-of-way. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL: <br /> <br />None of the Supplemental Information is required from applicants for FLPf1A <br />ri ghts-of-way. <br /> <br />If the application is for an oil and gas pipeline, or other Mineral Leasing <br />Act right-of-way, rtem ICg) must always b~ completed. This requires the <br />applicant to identify, by agency, all Fed~ra1 lands impacted by the proposal. <br /> <br />In addition, if the applicant is a corporation, the information required <br />under Item ICe) must be provided. If the corporation has already provided <br />the stock ownership disclosure and the information with regard to its affil- <br />iates, and the information remains current, a reference to the serial number <br />where the information is filed will suffice. If the information has not been <br />provided in connection with a prior right-of-way application, or if it is not <br />current, the requested information must be filed with the application. <br />
