ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL EVALUATION <br /> <br />The results of Reclamation's advanced planning studies show <br />that a conservation pool of 20,000 acre-feet plus the use of the <br />unsedimented portion of the joint use pool (estimated to average <br />19,500 acre-feet for the 75-year payout period) will provide <br />optimum regulation for the available irrigation water, Benefits <br />resulting from the water supply improvement amount to $270,440 <br />annually, and the' annual recommended water charges are $99,100, <br />Of this amount, $9,700 or $0.49 per irrigable acre will be used' <br />for Federal OM&R expenses, and the remaining $89,400 or $4,54 per <br />acre, is the amortization capacity.
