<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Permitting <br /> <br />This project does fall under the Army Corps of Engineers jurisdiction and is under Section 404 <br />of the Clean Water Act and the permit has been obtained, A copy of the approval notice from <br />Army Corps of Engineers is attached, <br /> <br />Institutional Considerations <br /> <br />Entities that are, or may be, involved in the design, construction, and financing of the project <br />include: <br /> <br />Silt Water Conservancy District; financing, project management <br /> <br />Bureau of Reclamation; financing, <br /> <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS); design and technical assistance <br /> <br />Bookcliff Soil Conservation District; financing, <br /> <br />The Silt Water Conservancy District will be the lead agency for the financing, design, and <br />construction of the project and will be the entity entering into contracts and agreements with the <br />various entities for the services provided by each, <br /> <br />The Silt Water Conservancy District is applying to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB) for a Construction Fund loan for a portion of the costs ofthe project. The Company <br />will contract directly with the Board for repayment of the loan, <br /> <br />Financial Analysis <br /> <br />Several entities will be involved in financing the total project cost of$164,400, The Silt Water <br />Conservancy District is presently applying for a loan from the CWCB, The actual or estimated <br />amounts by entity are given in Table 3, <br />Table 3.
