Tha mcctin~ was held to approve or <br /> <br />disapprove the ReSOlution concerning the contract for the new;replacemcnt at <br /> <br />the Intake Ditch. <br /> <br />Members o~ the Board attending were1 <br />Hjulmcr Thode, President <br /> <br />Rob McClary, Director <br /> <br />OQn Schneider~ Oirector <br /> <br />Officers attending were: <br /> <br />Larry F~amQ, Superintendent <br />Lois I. Condy, Secretery <br />Discussion of the cwes contract had been made at the November 14, 1998 <br /> <br />meeting and sample contracts were given to the Board to study.
