Shall the District debt be increased
$590,000.00, with a repayment cost of $1,233,600.00.

1. To borrow not in excess of $590,000.00 from the Colorado Water Conservancy Board
of the State of Colorado al an interest rate of 3.75% per annum for 30 years tor the purpose of
constructing a new scructure at the upper location in the South Pia lie River at the Harmony #1.
Diversion.
2. To raise the the assessment by $2.50 per acre for District bonded acres, making the
assessment $20.50 per acre per year to help facilitate the repayment of said loan.
3. To enter into one or more contracts for the purpose of constructing a new intake
structure, paying tor such work trom the proceeds ot the loan from the Colorado Water
Conservancy Board and if the total cost is in excess of $590,000.00, utilizing other revenues
available to the District.
4. To secure the repayment of sums borrowed with interest by a lien on the real property
of the Districl and by a Pledge of Taxes and Assessments of the District and a Certificate of .
Deposit in the amount of one annual payment of said loan.

$510,469.00, with a repayment cost of $1,067,607.

1. To borrow not in excess of $510,469.00 from the Colorado Water Conservancy Board
of the State of Colorado at an interest rate of 3.75% per annum for 30 years for the purpose of
constructing a new structure at the lower location in the South Pia lie River at the Harmony #1
Diversion.
2. To raise the assessment by $2.00 per acre for District bonded acres, making the
assessmenl $20.00 per acre per year to facilitate the repayment of said loan.
3. To enter into one or more contracts for the purpose of constructing a new in lake
structure, paying for such work trom the proceeds of the loan trom the Colorado Water
Conservancy Board and if the total cost is in excess ot the $510,469.00, utilizing other revenues
available to the District.
4. To secure the repayment of sums borrowed with interest by a lien on the real property
of the District and by a Pledge of Taxes and Assessments of the District and Certificate of
Deposit in the amount of one annual payment at said loan.

1. To borrow not in excess ot $296,070.00 trom the Colorado Water Conservancy Board
of Ihe Stale of Colorado at an interest rate of 3.75% per annum for the next 30 years for the
purpose of rehabilitating the existing diversion structure in the South Plalle River at the
Harmony #1 Diversion.
2. To raise the assessment by $1.50 per acre for District bonded acres, making the
assessment $19.50 per acre per year to facilitale the repayment at said loan.
3. To enler into one or more contracts for the purpose of rehabilitating the existing
structure, paying for such work from the proceeds of the loan from the Colorado Water
Conservancy Board and if the total cost is in excess of the $296,070.00, utitizing other revenues
available to the District.
4. To secure the repayment of sums borrowed with interesl by a lien on the real property
of the District and by a Pledge of Taxes and Assessments of the District and Certincate of
Deposit in the amount of one annual payment of said loan.
