Behrman (Water Case Number 82-CW-202A). This Section <br />presents a brief summary of the terms of the Transfer Decree that are <br />pertinent to the quantities of water the City may obtain from ownership in <br />various ditch companies. A complete copy of the Decree is included in the <br />Technical Appendix. <br /> <br />The City can presently deliver raw water to its Chasteens Grove Treatment <br />Plant through either the Loveland pipeline or the Dille Tunnel-Charles <br />Hansen Feeder Canal.
