<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"Pre-Construction Account" means the account into which <br />the funds to be used as the required state match shall initially be <br />deposited. Funds from this account will be transferred to the <br />Project Account as Costs are paid. <br /> <br />"Prime Rate" means the prevailing commercial interest <br />rate announced by the wall Street Journal from time to time, or, if <br />the Wall Street Journal ceases announcing a prime rate, shall be <br />the Prime Rate of Citibank, N.A. as its prime lending rate. <br /> <br />"Project" means the project of the Governmental Agency <br />described in Exhibit A(l) attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />all or a portion of the Cost of which is financed by the Authority <br />through the making of the Loan under this Loan Agreement. <br /> <br />"Project Account" means the Project Account within the <br />Drinking Water Revolving Fund. <br /> <br />"State Match Requirement" means one sixth (1/6th) of all <br /> <br />Costs. <br /> <br />"System" means the water system of the Governmental <br />Agency, including the Project, described in Exhibit A(2) attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, for which the Governmental Agency is <br />making the borrowing under this Loan Agreement, as such system may <br />be modified or expanded from time to time. <br /> <br />Except where the context otherwise requires, words <br />importing the singular number shall include the plural number and <br />vice versa, and words importing persons shall include firms, <br />associations, corporations, agencies and districts.
