<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"Governmental Agency Bond" means the bond executed and <br />delivered by the Governmental Agency to the Authority to evidence <br />the Loan, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D and <br />made a part hereof. <br /> <br />"Loan" means the IO"'-n made by the Authority to the <br />Governmental Agency to finance or refinance a portion of the cost <br />of the Project pursuant to this Loan Agreement. For all purposes <br />of this Loan Agreement, the amOUnt of the Loan at any time shall be <br />the amount of the .loan commitment set forth in Exhibit B (4) <br />attached hereto and made a part of this Loan Agreement (which <br />amount, as specified in the GOYernmental Agency Bond, equals the <br />amount actually deposited in t~e Project Loan Account), less any <br />amount of such principal amount as has been repaid by the <br />Governmental Agency under this Loan Agreement. <br /> <br />"Loan Agreement" meanEl this Loan Agreement, including the <br />Exhibits attached hereto, as it may be supplemented, modified or <br />amended from time to time in accordance with the te~ms hereof. <br /> <br />"Loan Closing" means the date upon which the Governmental <br />Agency shall issue and deliver the Governmental Agency Bond and the <br />Authority shall make the funds Qommitted hereunder available to the <br />Governmental Agency. <br /> <br />"Loan Repayments" m~ans the payments payable by the <br />Governmental Agency pursuant to Section 3.03 of this Loan <br />Agreement, including payments p",-yable under the Governmental Agency <br />Bond. <br /> <br />"Loan Term" means the term of this Loan Agreement <br />provided in Exhibit B(S) attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />If the loan is prepaid in its entirety pursuant to section 3.06, <br />the loan term shall automatically terminate. <br /> <br />"Pledged Property" shall mean the source of repayment <br />described in Exhibit A(3) to this Loan Agreement attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />C:\Sup\OWRF\r.oan Agre<!",ent8\Dl-reCt\CHATFIELO so GQ.wpd. <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />July 9. 1998 <br />
