<br />o <br />., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />August 29, 1985 <br /> <br />The following resolution was made- <br /> <br />Be it resolved that the directors of Summit Reservoir and <br />Irrigation Company approve the current contract with the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board allowing for the borrowing <br />of up to $35,000.00 at an annual interest rate of 5% to be <br />amortized in annual payments for 40 years and the officers of <br />the Board be empowered to take what ever action is necessary <br />to execute the contract. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Edward G.
