The quantities and unit costs for most of the items <br />will be shown. ~ total construction cost will be derived. A <br />construction schedule will be developed for use in determin- <br />ing interest during construction and to determine the CWCB <br />funding requirements. The operation and maintenance costs <br />will be derived which will mostly involve the monitoring and <br />inspection program. The present emergency operating fund of <br />the Co:r.pany will be adequate. <br /> <br />Item VII - PrD~ect Evaluation: <br /> <br />The CWC3 may provide ~ loan to the Company to accomplish <br />the irprovements, in whic~ case the CWCB wants to be reason- <br />ably assured that the loan can be repaid. The ability of <br />Summit Irrigation Company to repay the loan will be evaluated. <br />Since potential revenues come almost e:~clusively from irriga- <br />tion ths evaluation wi~~ ce~ter on irrigation repayment <br />ability.
