Approach <br /> <br />In order to complete the feasibility study in a comprehensive and timely <br />manner we have outlined five (5) major areas of emphasis which will need <br />to be addressed. They are as follows: <br />1. Objectives and Parameters <br />2. R~view Existing Data and Report <br />3. Field Work <br />4. Financial Evaluation <br />5. Communications with the Ditch Boards, Soil Conservation Board and <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />A description of the work to completed in each of these areas is presented' <br />in the following sections of this proposal. <br /> <br />In establishing these areas of work, we have included all the items which <br />we feel will answer the questions of the funding agencies involved. In <br /> <br />addition, all criteria as outlined in the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board "Guidelines" will be covered in the study, At the conclusion of the <br />study, a final report will be prepared outlining the results of the study, <br />Fifteen (15) copies will be provided for distribution to all involved parties, <br />
