The final payment of $30,000 shall be withheld by the <br />State until the camera ready originals of t~e final <br />feasibility report which is required by Exhibit B, Scope of <br />Services, have been received by the State, whereupon the <br />Contractor shall submit its invoice for the final payment. <br /> <br />B. The Contractor shall, either upon the face of the <br />invoice submitted for the final payment, or by separate <br />letter, indicate that it has no further claim to make for <br />compensation or reimbursement due it pursuant to the terms <br />of this contract. . <br /> <br />3, The fixed sum specified in pararaph 2 above shall cover <br />all services performed and expenses incurred by the' Contractor in <br />the course of .performing this contract including, but not limited <br />to, the professional and clerical services 'of the Contractor; the <br />expenses of consultants and subcontractors retained' by the <br />Contractor; travel, meais, lodging, and incidental travel <br />expenses; expenses for expendable materials and supplies; <br />computer charges; expenses for report preparation and <br />reproduction; direct and indirect overhead; and the Contractor's <br />profit. <br /> <br />4. In the event that this contract. is t~rminated by either <br />party pursuant to paragraph 15 below ,prior to the completion of <br />the study tasks, analyses, and products specified in Exhibit 8, <br />Scope of Services, the Contractor shall be entitled to <br />compensation for only such study tasks, analyses, and products as <br />were satisfactorily completed by it up through the date of <br />terminat~on. <br /> <br />A.
