Cost estimates developed for the initial Phase I Study will be <br /> <br />updated to April 1988 using Engineering News Record (ENR) or Bureau of Reclamation cost <br /> <br />index factors. No consideration of future inflation will be included. <br /> <br />E13.1.1 Financial Records - O,M&R costs will be estimated with the assistance of <br /> <br />financial records provided by each of the ditch companies. Total project capital costs from subtask E13.1 will be annualized using the <br /> <br />three financing scenarios listed above. Annual OM&R costs will be added to the annualized <br /> <br />project capital costs to estimate a total annual project cost for each alternative. The unit cost <br /> <br />per acre.foot of increased yield will be estimated for each alternative as total annual project <br /> <br />cost divided by t'Ie increased yield determined in subtask E12.9.
