Recommended work <br /> <br />associated with potential power markets to be conducted during Phase II, will be identified <br /> <br />and described. <br /> <br />E1l3 Transmission Canacitv - The Western Area Power Administration (W AP A) will be contacted <br /> <br />through letter and phone communications to discuss the status of their program to make <br /> <br />additional capacity available in the transmission mains between the Four Corners area and <br /> <br />power users in Southern California and the Southwest. Identify and describe potential Phase 2 <br /> <br />work to remain appraised ofWAPA's program for transmission capacities. <br /> <br />27 <br />
