This <br /> <br />information will be used in subsequent tasks relating to the historical and future operations of <br /> <br />existing and proposed systems. <br /> <br />Methodolol!V: Boyle, in consultation with the CWCB, will develop forms for recording the operating <br /> <br />information. Ditch company personnel will maintain records of operating procedures during <br /> <br />the 1988 runoff and irrigation season using the forms provided. The collected information will <br /> <br />be transmitted to Boyle for compilation and analysis. <br /> <br />The following work items are included in the operating records task: <br /> <br />E2.1 Develoo Forms, Boyle, in consultation with the CWCB. will develop forms for recording the <br /> <br />information. Work associated with developing the data forms will include review of existing <br /> <br />interview records and follow-up phone calls to study area participants. The forms will include <br /> <br />queries as to whz.t operational actions are taken and the rationale for taking a specific action. <br /> <br />E2.2 Meeting for Data Collection Coooeration ' Boyle and CWCB personnel will hold one <br /> <br />meeting (4 hrs,) with ditch company personnel to explain the data collection efforts underway <br />\ <br />and the efforts requested of the study area participants, This meeting will be coordinated to <br /> <br />coincide with the initial flow measurement program field trip. The CWCB will contact local <br /> <br />participants and arrange for the use of suitable facilities. <br /> <br />7 <br />
