<br />Products: <br /> <br />5) MEETINGS <br /> <br />Puroose: <br /> <br />Methods: <br /> <br />-- <br />( ) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The information gathered during these trips will be compiled into a <br />Supplemental Report as described in Task 6, The compilation of <br />experience gained over the 1990 irrigation season and <br />assessment of the seasons operations should be of value in <br />formulating operating plans for the next season. <br /> <br />For the purposes of estimation, it is assumed that one member of <br />Boyle's senior staff will make the trips, A total of not more than <br />four days will be spent in the study area during these trips, but the <br />distribution of the time among the trips will be established as the <br />season progresses. The timing of the trips will also be <br />established as the season progresses. but about one trip each <br />during the months of May and June are anticipated. Subsequent <br />monitoring activities will be conducted via telephone. <br /> <br />Monitoring and recordkeeping of actual operations (ditches. <br />reservoirs. flow measuring devices, etc.) will be the responsibility <br />of the ditch companies. <br /> <br />Boyle will conduct a half-day training session (see Task 5) at the <br />end of the monitoring program to transfer the ability to run the <br />planning tool to SCS. CWCB. and ditch company personnel.
