<br />, <br />, ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The following meetings or workshops in Norwood with involved <br />parties to be attended by Boyle personnel are anticipated: <br /> <br />Demand Operations Workshop: one day workshop <br />Shareholder's Meeting: one four,hour meeting <br />Summary Meeting: one two-hour meeting <br /> <br />The following wOrkshop in Denver with involved parties to be <br />attended by Boyle personnel is anticipated. <br /> <br />Planning 1001 Training Workshop: one four-hour <br />workshop <br /> <br />Products: <br /> <br />For the purposes of estimation, all meetings between Boyle and <br />the CWCB are assumed to be in the offices of Boyle, Three trips <br />are assumed to the study area for meetings or workshops, one <br />each for the Summary Meeting, the Shareholder's Meeting and <br />the Demand Operations Workshop, The Training Workshop will <br />be held in the Denver offices of Boyle, The time estimates shown <br />in the Task Cost Report for the workshops and meetings include <br />time for conducting as well as preparing for the <br />workshop/meetings, <br /> <br />Materials as required for presentation at the meetings. <br /> <br />6) SUMMARY AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS <br /> <br />Puroose: <br /> <br />Produce a brief summary report of study procedures, findings, <br />conclusions, and recommendations, <br /> <br />Methods: <br /> <br />A summary report describing study procedures, findings. <br />conclusions, and recommendations will be developed prior to the <br />1990 irrigation season, The report is anticipated to be a concise <br />document approximately 30 pages (total) in length, A format <br />similar to that followed for the Data Collection Report is <br />anticipated, A general distribution of the report is not anticipated. <br /> <br />A draft of the report will be submitted to the CWC6 for review, <br />Comments and suggestions rE-ceived will be addressed in the <br />final version, Production of the final report will be the <br />responsibility of Boyle, <br /> <br />A supplemental report will be developed at the end of the 1990 <br />irrigation season to summarize any modifications made to t'le <br />operating plan Over the course of the season and provide an <br />assessment of the program, The report is anticipated to be a very <br />brief document, approximately 10 pages (total) in length, A <br />format similar to that followed for a technical memorandum is <br />anticipated, The report preparation and distribution procedures <br />outlined for the Summary Report will be followed for the <br />Supplemental Report. <br /> <br />7 <br />
