<br />CHAPTER SEVEN <br />PROJECT EVALUATION <br /> <br />Financing for this proposal is proposed to be 50% ASCS Grant and 50% <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board funds. Should the ASCS Grant not materialize, <br />arrangements have been made with the Bank of Wichita, 151 North Main Street, <br />Wichita, Kansas. <br />ASCS Grant $108,385.00 <br />Colorado Water Conservation $108,385,00 <br />Total $216,770.00 <br />At 5% interest with a forty year payback, the yearly payments for the <br />Water Conservation Board funds would be $6,316.00 a year. This would be <br />divided up and paid as a yearly assessment by all the shareholders of both <br />companies. <br />Since this is a replacement of an existing structure, no new benefits <br />will be available to generate income to offset these WCB fund costs. <br /> <br />-23- <br />
