Total Project Cost 1982

Construction of this project will probably take 2 months. Payment of
contractors would be due 30 days after project completion.

Although this dam is designed to be maintenance free, some maintenance will

be required. Maintenance costs should be less than $100.00 a year. An emergency
operating fund of $500 will be set up to cover such things as replacement of
flashboards after large flood flows. For planning purposes it is expected that
this fund will be used once every 5 years.

-22-
