Four originals of a document designated as <br />"Project Contract and Promissory Note" together <br />with a~l exhibits thereto. <br /> <br />2. The first eight pages of this document are <br />identical to the ones you had transmitted to Mr. <br />Royce Reinhardt, President of Terrace Irrigation <br />Company with the exception of the following <br />changes: On page 4, paragraph 14, the requirement <br />of the conveyance to the State of a 50% interest <br />to the Terrace Main Canal and the Alamosa Creek <br />Canal is modified to provide for the conveyance of i <br />100% interest in those right-of-ways which the! <br />Terrace Irrigation Company has acquired or will <br />acquire to convey its irrigation water to the <br />various points of application, which irrigation <br />water heretofore has been conveyed by the original <br />Terrace Main and the original Alamosa Creek <br />Canals.
