Beginning at a point on the South Line of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-
seven from which the North Center Sixteenth Corner (as
monumented by a 30 inch No. 6 rebar with a 31 inch
aluminum cap set by RLS #-22583) bears N 89022'54" E 'a
distance of 82.49 feet; thence N 42045'00" E a distande
of 1749.56 feet; thence N 27014136" E a distance of
3421.03 feet; thence N 24026'41" E a distanc~ of
2551.98 feet to a point on the north line of Section
Twenty-three and the end of this description (from
which the Northwest Corner of Section Twenty-three as
monumented by a half inch rebar recovered this survey
bears S 89046153" Wa distance of 1086.01 feet). Said
easement burdens 8.864 acres, more or less.

That easement' located in the West One-Half of Section
Fourteen, Township Thirty-six North, Range Seven East,
New Mexico Principal Meridian, Conejas County,
COlorado, upon which a cement lined irrigation canal
will be constructed and. for the maintenance of said
cement lined irrigation canal.

The easement is 50 feet in width, being 25 feet on
either side of the following described centerline, the
sidelines of said easement being extended or shortened
to intersect the Section or Quarter Section Lines as
appropriate:

Beginning at a point on the South Line of Section
Fourteen from which the Southwest Corner of said
section (as monurnented by a half inch rebar recovered
this survey) bears S 89046'5311 W a distance of 1086.01
feet; thence N 24026'4111 E a distance of 2051.57 feet;
thence N 16029'3211 E a distance of 2398.95 feet; thence
N 2401111011 E a distance of 86.11 feet; thence N
3703415211 E a distance of 21.21 feet to a point on the
east line of the West half of Section Fourteen and the
end of this description (from which the North Quarter
Corner of said Section as monumented by a 30 inch No. 6
rebar with an attached 31 inch aluminum cap set by RLS
#22583 bears N 00"21'12" W a distance of 1038,96 feet).

That easement located in the Northeast Quarter of
Section Fourteen, the East Half of Section Eleven, the
Northwest Quarter of Section Twelve and Section One,
all in Township Thirty-six North, Range Seven East, New
Mexico Principal Meridian, Canejos County, Colorado,
upon which a cement lined irrigation canal will be
constructed and for the maintenance of said cement
lined irrigation canal.

The easement is 50 feet in width, being 25 feet on
