The <br />company will divide the project into several small projects, all involving the placement of the <br />existing earth ditch in pipeline, along with construction of related control structures. <br />A map showing specific sub-project locations is included in Appendix C, <br /> <br />Water Rights <br /> <br />The company owns 4287 shares of Union Ditch Water, with average delivery of 7.2 cfs. The <br />Union Ditch has a water right from the Arkansas river dated 1861.
