Prepare a report that summarizes the feasibility study of the <br />project. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Project Area <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Fruitland Mesa Project area is located in Delta and Montrose <br /> <br /> <br />Counties having irrigated land located within Crystal Creek and Iron <br /> <br /> <br />Creek valle)"! and on the Fruitland Mesa. The area is generally <br /> <br /> <br />bordered by the Gunnison River on the south and west, Black Mesa on <br /> <br /> <br />the east, and Smith Fork on the north. The prominant features of the <br /> <br /> <br />area are the Fruitland Mesa and the Black Mesa. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The dam, reservoir, most of the major diversion structures, and <br /> <br /> <br />the irrigation areas are accessible within short distances from <br /> <br /> <br />Colorado highway 92.
