A new footbridge across one channel of the Colorado
River to the water supply facilities on the island.

4.

As future construction, we recommend that the Town complete
construction of all facilities to meet the projected water
demands. These consist of:

A. Increasing the capqcity of the raw water lift station
and pumping station as- demand increases from 750 gpm
to 1250 gpm.

B. Increase storage capacity from 800,000 gallons to
3,000,000 gallons as demand increases.

C. Replace all existing 4 inch and smaller water lines
with 6 inch or larger water mains and provide additional
looping.

D. Expansion of the Town onto Silt Mesa will require an
additional pressure zone with a pump station, distri-
bution system and storage.

5.

We recommend that the Town develop and implement a
financial and revenue program to finance future construc-
tion and operation and maintenenace costs.

----~--
