An Engineer's Cost estimate has been included in the <br />specifications. The filing fee accompanies this application. <br /> <br />2. Items included in the specifications are as follows: <br />A. A statement that the plans and specifications may <br />not be materially changed in any particular except with the <br />written consent of the State Engineer has been added to the <br />title sheet of the drawings above the signature block of the <br />State Engineer and to the Engineer's statement on the inside <br />cover of the specifications and as paragraph 1.11 in Section <br />01010. <br />8. A statement requiring as builts. Drawings has been <br />added to Section 01700, 1.03,E; of the specifications. <br />C. Section 01700, 1.03F; states that construction will <br />not be considered cc.plete until owner has received written <br />approval by the State Engineer of the as built drawings. <br />3. A geotechnical report by Lambert ~ Associates of <br />Montrose is enclosed. <br />4. Section 02219, Item 2.01.8 has been added to the <br />specifications to describe the borrow material. <br />5. Section 02219, Item 3.03A.2 of the <br />specifications has been changed to describe frequency of testing. <br />6. Section 02219, Itelll 3.03.C.l has been changed to <br />read. -NOT LESS THAN 95'Y. OF MAXIl1UI1 DRY DENSITY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH ASTM 0-698.- <br />7.
