The dam must be repaired or the State Engineer will restrict
storage levels to at least 3 feet below the present spill
elevation. This reduction i~ storage would create a severe
hardship on the Owner of the reservoir.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Proceed with repairs to the downstream slope of the Dam and the
outlet conduit as detailed herein.
