'Colorado Water Conservation Board is authorized to construct certain water projects for the benefit of the people of the State of Colorado; and WHEREAS, the Winter Park Water' and Sanitation District has made application to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for the con- struction of a water project for the purpose of improving its municipal water ,supply; and WHEREAS', the Contractor is a professional engineering "firm within the State of Colorado and has previously done considerable water- related work for the. Winter Park Water and Sanitation District and various other municipalities in. Colorado; NOW TIiEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that . 1, The Contractor agrees to prepare a feasibility report directed to .the problem of improving the. municipal water of the Winter Park Water and Sanitation District in accordance with a proposal far proj- ect feasibility report prepared by the Contractor and approv~ by the Colorado Water Conservation.
