<br />Tra~el by commercIal carrier shall be calculated at actual
<br />cost. I Travel by personal automobile shall be calculated at
<br />the rate of 20 cents per mile. ALl other expenses incurred
<br />shall be calculated at actual cost, except for the costs of
<br />computer use dnd reproduction services, which costs shall be
<br />at the Contractor's then current fates. The Contractor
<br />shal L be reimbursed at cost. plus 6% for the serv ices of
<br />consuLtants and subcontrdc~ors which were obtained by the
<br />Contrdctor.

<br />B. The Contractor shall be co!'Opensdted pursuant to this
<br />paragraph 4 only to the extent that the Contractor and its
<br />consultants and subcontractors maintain redsonable written
<br />records which provide evidence of the services actuaLly
<br />performed and expenses actually incurred.

<br />S. It is understood dnd agreed that th i s contract is personal
<br />in ndture dnd may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise trdnsferred
<br />to any other persoll or entity without the expressed written
<br />approval of the State, except that it is expressly agreed that
<br />this contract mdY be dssigned to R. W. Beck and Associates, Inc.,
<br />which ls a corporation owned dnd controlled by the Contrdctor.
