<br />make for compensation or reimbursement due it r)UfSuant to

<br />3. The fixed sum specified in pdrdrdph 2: above ~ihal.l cover
<br />all serv lees performed and expenses lneurrec1 by the Contractor In
<br />the course of performing thIs contrdct inclUding, b'Jt not limited
<br />to, the professional dnd clerlcdl services Of the C()ntrdctor; the
<br />expenses of consultants dnd subcontrdctors retained by the
<br />Contractor; travel, meals, lodgIng, and inCIdental travel
<br />expenses; expenses for expenddble mdteridls dnd SUPIJliesj
<br />computer chdrges; expenses for report prepdrdtion dlld
<br />reproduction; direct dnd indirecL overhcdd; dnd thc Contrdctor's
<br />profit.

<br />4. In the evcnt that this contract is terminated by either
<br />party pursudnt to pdrdgrdph 15 below prior to the completion of
<br />the study tasks, andlyses, and products specified in Exhibit B,
<br />Scope of Ser,vices, the Contrdctor shdll be entitled to
<br />compensation for only such study tdsks, dnalyses, dnd products dS
<br />were sdtisfdctorily completed by it up through the date of
<br />termination.
